We hope you love everything you order from us! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read through our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds below.
❌ Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can — but only within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you wish to cancel, please email us at Toysbeyondage@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Please note: Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
🔁 Is My Order Eligible for Return or Exchange?
We offer returns or exchanges only if:

You received the wrong product — the item doesn’t match your order confirmation.

The product has a manufacturing defect — if damaged, kindly send us clear photos on the same day of delivery.
⚠️ Important:
Only internal product damage qualifies for return. We do not replace items for minor wear to external packaging.

Reason for return/exchange
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with tags and manuals intact.
🚚 Return Shipping

We’ll schedule a reverse pickup within 1–2 business days (where available).

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you’ll need to ship the product back to us within 7 days at:
💰 Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

For online payments, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details(UPI) and process the refund within 7–10 working days.
📦 Damaged on Arrival?
If the product looks tampered with or damaged on delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately at Toysbeyondage@gmail.com or +91 7447828361.
